HOW TO IDENTIFY MYSELF IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD?

If you have forgotten your password, please click on the My Account tab and select “Forgot your password?”. You will be able to update your password following the instructions provided.

 

HOW TO MODIFY OR DELETE MY MADAME L ACCOUNT?

Madame L offers you the possibility to update and modify all the information in your account by logging into your account.

To delete your Madame L account, please contact our Client Services.

 

HOW LONG CAN I KEEP AN ITEM IN MY SHOPPING BAG?

Madame L offers to conserve items placed in your shopping bag for 30 days. However, we never mass produce. All of our items are made in limited quantities and Madame L cannot guarantee the future availability of the pieces placed in your Wishlist or your shopping bag.

 

HOW CAN I ORDER ONLINE?

Once you have chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on “Place in Cart”.

The order process has 4 stages:

  1. Register by creating your own MADAME L account, using your email address and password. You can use this for future orders, to review previous orders, and to save items to your wishlist.
  2. Fill in the delivery information: receiver’s name and address and select your delivery method.
  3. Complete the payment information.
  4. Review your order and submit it.

 

HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY MADAME L ORDERS?

Madame L will send you several emails during the order process to keep you informed about the different stages of your order.

In addition, your personal account on our website will allow you to follow your order status.

HOW DO I MAKE A PAYMENT?

Payments are accepted via credit card, debit card or PayPal with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover.

All transactions are secured. The MADAME L website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.

  • Shipping Fees & Timing begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email
  • Additional validation may be required for some orders and can delay delivery
  • Signature is required on all shipments above $50

  • Orders may take 24 to 36 hours to process. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email confirmation that your order has been shipped
  • All delivery standards and tracking begin when you receive the shipping confirmation email

SHIPPING FEES & TIMING

STANDARD
  • Fee: Complimentary for all orders placed and delivered in the USA
  • Delivery Timing: 3-5 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email
  • Exceptions:
    • If a standard order is placed over the weekend, the earliest it will ship is Monday
    • Additional validation may be required for all orders and can delay delivery
    • Alaska and Hawaii: Allow 5-7 business days from the time you receive shipping confirmation email. For expedited delivery, we recommend you select Express or Overnight Shipping at checkout.

SIGNATURES REQUIRED

Due to the high value of our products there will be a signature required on all shipments above $50 regardless of service type.

Shipping costs outside of the USA are calculated according to the total cost of the merchandise in your order. All prices reflect U.S. currency. All orders are shipped by UPS.

 

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A MADAME L PRODUCT ORDERED ONLINE?

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Merchandise may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt (except personalized or made to order items).
  • All merchandise must be in perfect saleable condition, in its original packaging.
  • A refund may only be made in the same currency country as the original purchase and in the original form of payment.
  • Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

SHIPPING YOUR ONLINE RETURN (COMPLIMENTARY US ONLY)

  • Please initiate a return or exchange request online through your Madame L account by visiting your orders section. Here you will be able to exchange an item directly or contact Client Services who will be more than happy to assist you.
  • Our Client Advisors will offer you the following return options:
    1. Receive via email a UPS pre-paid shipping label to facilitate the complimentary return of your product. Remove any outer labels prior to affixing the UPS return label and securely seal your package before dropping it off at any UPS store or UPS pick-up location.
    2. Should you choose not to use the provided label and ship via a different carrier, please ship to the address indicated on the voucher. In this case, Madame L is not responsible for packages lost in transit and shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
  • Kindly include your order voucher in your package, along with the original or gift receipt.

 

HOW TO SEND MADAME L AS A GIFT?

  • You may purchase a Madame L gift via our website or Client Services and deliver it directly to your gift recipient.
  • When placing the order, you will be able to add a personalized message with the gift and specify the address you would like to ship it to.
  • To ensure the highest quality service, a Client Services advisor may contact you about your order.
